At rhode, we want you to love your skin and your products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been heavily used or tampered with.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your rhode products in their original mailer and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
